City of Portsmouth Scouts

Our scouting family

Portsmouth Scouts is proud to offer provision across the whole Scouting spectrum.  From our youngest members in Squirrels, through Network for the 18 to 25s and beyond with our Active Support group.  We also welcome volunteers to Scouting from age 14, giving people of all ages the opportunity to share their skills and inspire the next generation.

Many of our Explorer Scouts undertake the Duke of Edinburgh Awards scheme with us.  We also welcome non-members (14-18) who want to complete their volunteering requirement for DoE with Scouts.

In the heart of our community

Scouting is available in almost every part of our City.  We have 17 Scout Groups and 7 Explorer Units which together offer around 1300 young people the change to discover the fun of Scouting.
